BUSBY - For 10 years, Phillip Whiteman Jr. has been teaching Northern Cheyenne kids about respect and priorities by convincing them to run a 400-mile relay in January. It seems to be paying off. Every year, about 100 tribal members - most of them grade-schoolers - run 400 miles from Fort Robinson, Neb., to a graveyard in Busby.
